General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that not everyone may come home after Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is brought down in Greenland. It’s hard not to think that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) could suffer the same fate that his twin brother, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) did on his last “rescue mission”. In typical Sweeps month fashion, the drama is exploding left, right, and center with storylines moving in all sorts of directions.

Still, if Drew doesn’t make it home to Port Charles with the rest of the team, could Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) reunite with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?

General Hospital Spoilers  – Nina Reeves Did A Bad, Bad, Thing

GH spoilers suggest that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will come to regret her act of revenge against Carly. She’s already wishing she hadn’t pressed the button on this scheme.

Not only did this stunt ruin Millow’s wedding reception, but it could also jeopardize efforts to bring home Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), which essentially affects Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) as she so desperately needs her Great Aunt’s bone marrow.

Moreover, the biggest way it bit Nina in the butt is the fact that Sonny stepped in and “saved the day” by sending SEC on a wild goose chase to give Drew more time to find the Haunted Star hostages. This has Willow, Carly, and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) seeing him in a different light.

GH Spoilers – If Drew Doesn’t Come Home, Carly Spencer Will Lean On Sonny Corinthos

Carly seeing Sonny in this new light will have her dropping her guard, and if Drew doesn’t come back, she’ll lean on the mob boss for support. This would open up a door for a romantic reunion, as they would fall back into their old ways.

As Michael will tear down the walls he’s put up, Sonny might be officially welcomed back into the fold, which equals out to bad news for Nina.

Of course, the mob boss loves Reeves, but it’s hard not to forget that Carly is the love of his life; a woman he continually goes back to, time and time again. Plus, if Nina tells him the truth about the SEC, or he finds out another way, all bets between them would be off.
