‘Power Book IV: Force’ Season 2 Premiere Date On Starz Revealed

Starz’s Power Book IV: Force premiered on February 2022, and now fans are excited for another season. The series serves as a sequel as well as the third spinoff to the original Power series, which is created by Courtney A. Kemp. Power Book II: Ghost and Power Book III: Raising Kanan have already aired their second season, So when does the spinoff series premiere its second season on Starz? When Power Book IV returns with its second season, there will be one significant change. The current showrunner Robert Munic will be replaced by Gary Lennon. Currently, as per reports, Season 2 is slated for a 2023 premiere. However, no particular date has been revealed yet by the show makers. Yet, the show makers did reveal that the focus for the upcoming season would be Shane Harper and Joseph Sikora.

Although an official list of cast members hasn’t been announced yet, we can hope for series regulars like Joseph Sikora, Issac Keys, Lili Simmons, Shane Harper, Kris D. Lofton, Lucien Cambric, and Anthony Fleming III to return.

The spinoff series revolves around the fan-favorite Tommy Egan (Joseph Sikora), who cuts ties with New York and moves ahead in life. However, he has lost LaKeisha, Ghost, as well as the memories of the only city he has ever known. Soon, he is seen making a detour to take care of an old memory that has been haunting him for a long time.

However, what seems like a quick stop at the city soon turns into a maze of lies and family secrets that Tommy thought were gone for a long time. With each step he takes, Tommy quickly finds himself stuck deep into Chicago’s drug game as he juggles between two of the city’s biggest crews. While the city is divided by race, Tommy patches this line and soon becomes the lynchpin that helps unite them but also holds the POWER to bring everything down.

Season 1 started at full speed, where we saw Tommy use his status as an outsider to his advantage as he broke all the rules in the city and rewrote them to his advantage in a quest to take charge of Chicago as the biggest drug dealer.
