The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) is confounded by what is happening inside her mind. She either developed feelings for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) or has been repressing them for a long time.

Thomas consistently hounded Hope after he returned from New York. His obsession became so intense that he used his only child as an emotional weapon, aimed it at her, and used the bond she formed with Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) as an access bridge.

In a clever twist, TPTB are switching the angle of this storyline, building up the potential for Hope to pursue Thomas.

At some point, Hope must determine if she always found Thomas to be a romantic possibility. It would be more believable to claim that she is at a point in her life where these feelings have developed recently, with the pressure he applied impacting her mind.

Hope loves Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). So, unless he cheats on her or inexplicably reconnects with Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), there will be nothing for Hope to react to.

Instead, Hope will be pursuing a man who treated her badly.

B&B Spoilers – Brooke Logan Setup Winked At The Future

Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) had a tense conversation with her daughter. Lang’s character instantly recognized Hope’s bizarre questioning of her infamous romantic exploits as indicative of marital problems with Liam.

But Hope has not been having issues with her husband. She has experienced increasing thoughts about Thomas that appear out of her control.

So, Brooke and Steffy recognized the sudden change in Hope’s demeanor. Steffy is further along in her analysis because she has witnessed numerous flirty interactions Hope initiated with Thomas at Forrester Creations.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Or Katie Logan See What Is Happening?

Having Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) see Hope’s overtures toward Thomas would ramp up the reveal. Ridge might question Hope about her behavior, or he could ask Thomas if he has noticed what is happening.

Katie Logan (Heather Tom) would be an interesting character to be drawn into this scenario. As Hope’s aunt, she has a vested interest in family matters.

Katie is also focused on her unsettled heart, as a choice between staying with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) or returning to Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) exists. Katie would surely pass along her notice to Brooke on B&B.
