Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will eventually find out about Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) pregnancy. During a recent episode, EJ and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) talked about nothing binding Nicole and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) together. That’s a huge clue that a paternity switch could be coming up.

DOOL spoilers reveal that Nicole should know better than anyone not to keep secrets. After having intimacy with Eric during the tainted breakfast biscuits storyline, Nicole could have told EJ the truth. The whole “Ericole” intimacy happened because they were both high. So, while subconsciously Eric and Nicole want each other, neither intended to betray their partners.

Even though EJ knows about the one-night stand, he is unaware of Nicole’s pregnancy. Nicole fabricated an early menopause excuse to explain her hospital visit. Nicole doesn’t intend to keep the pregnancy a secret forever. Nicole will start to show and she’s not trying to deceive anyone.

Nicole seems to genuinely feel bad about the secrets. Nicole just wants to know the paternity before dropping the baby bombshell.

DOOL Spoilers – Sloan Petersen’s Discovery

The only people that know about Nicole’s pregnancy were Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley). However, EJ found out about the one-night stand from Sloan. Even though Nicole is furious due to being blindsided, Sloan was right about her explanation to Eric. Nicole should have just told EJ the truth from the get-go.

So, it’s possible that Sloan could discover Nicole’s pregnancy and paternity dilemma. Sloan admitted to Colin Firth (Jasper Newman) that she’s falling in love with Eric. Even though Sloan is a sleazy lawyer, she does seem to genuinely care for Eric. So, Sloan will want to tell Eric right away that Nicole might be carrying his child.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that EJ and Tony discussed “Ericole” sleeping together. Tony was impressed with how EJ was handling this situation. EJ mentioned that once the feelings fade, there will be nothing binding “Ericole” together. Tony gave EJ an odd look but said nothing.

DOOL Spoilers – Paternity Switch?

It seems that EJ was foreshadowing Nicole’s baby belonging to Eric. If EJ finds out about Nicole’s baby before the paternity test results are delivered, then there would be time to tamper with them.
