And for one Real Housewives Of New Jersey (RHONJ) alum, the combination of her reality TV earnings plus her hubby’s wealth just paid for a gorgeous California mansion. Real Housewives – Alum Scores Mansion Near Royals

Dina Manzo fascinated viewers on the first season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey (RHONJ). But the RHONJ star gradually reduced her appearances. And now the RHONJ alum made a move that disqualifies her from returning to the New Jersey franchise. However, Manzo’s new neighbor Meghan Markle might give her a taste of royalty. 

Per Dirt, Dina and her hubby Dave Cantin purchased their new California mansion for about $16 million. And listings referred to the estate as “Montecito’s most coveted offering.” A car industry businessman, Cantin and his wife have become the proud owners of the house styled after a Tuscan villa. But any intrusive paparazzi will need to steer clear of the protective iron gates. 

However, once inside, the 6,000-square-foot house offers a relaxed ambiance. And highlights range from a motor court to an entry way featuring olive trees and other native vegetation. Other features include a family room, a living room, patios, and a pool with a spa. Stone terraces, a large lawn, and a fire-pit seating area offer opportunities for entertaining Real Housewives friends. And multiple bedrooms even allow the RHONJ alum to invite a RHONJ pal to stay over. The kitchen includes designer appliances and a banquette. And the mansion includes a maid’s quarters downstairs.

Dina Manzo’s – New Mansion Expands Her Property Listings

A master bedroom looks out on the ocean and includes a fireplace, private balcony, and marble bathroom. And if Dina decides to accept an offer for a new reality TV show, an office/lounge area could become a glam room. Dina first became famous in 2007 during her appearance on VH1’s “My Fabulous Wedding.” That reality TV show highlighted her wedding to second husband Tommy Manzo.

And after starring on RHONJ, Dina hosted an HGTV show, “Dina’s Party.” She also works on her charity, Project Ladybug, which helps children with cancer. Dina and her husband own a Florida condo, a house in San Juan Capistrano, Calif., and now their new mansion.

As for how Dina’s new estate compares to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex? Meghan Markle and Prince Harry chose to settle in Montecito in 2020. However, the royal couple stayed initially at Tyler Perry’s house. That estate is also located in the secluded California town populated by celebrities. But Meghan and Harry then bought their $14.7 million mansion, according to Forbes.
