Jack Wagner Teases Fun and Drama

When Calls the Heart Season 10 is going to kick off before the end of the month, and Jack Wagner is so ready for it.

“We start the season, and there is a revelation that happens right around the community there, which turns out to be a wellness spring. That’s a big deal in terms of my character.

It airs on July 30, Elizabeth is teaching her class ‘Carpe Diem,’ which means ‘seize the moment,’” he told Digital Journal. “This season will make the fans laugh and cry,” he further teased.

What Jack Wagner Likes About Playing Bill Avery

Jack Wagner has been having fun playing his character, Bill Avery, a lawman and forensic investigator when he arrived in Hope Valley.

“It has been nice to play this character who is rigid and by the book. Bill has been a sheriff, a judge, and has showed no weaknesses,” Jack Wagner said.

While Bill has shown no weaknesses, Jack likes doing some scenes with Erin Krakow’s Elizabeth Thatcher where Bill has shown some vulnerability. He’s still human, after all! “I love how by the book my character is, and I also like the comedy that he brings to the series,” he added.

Erin Krakow Teases Exciting Twists and Turns

Jack Wagner is not alone in teasing what is in store for the upcoming Season 10 of When Calls the Heart. The lead star, Erin Krakow, is also excited to show the Hearties what they have prepared in the latest season.

“I am beyond excited for Season 10,” she said. “This season is full of beautiful moments and exciting twists and turns. I can’t wait for the Hearties to see what we’ve created for them!”

Erin Krakow also expressed her gratitude to Hallmark for renewing the show for Season 11. “We have so many more stories to tell.

With our amazing cast, crew, and brilliant writers, there will be no shortage of romance and new adventures for the residents of Hope Valley!”

Speaking of Season 11, the production is already underway. The team has to come up with contingency plans to navigate around writers’ strike that prevents writers and some actors from working.
