He left some months back to attend Stanford University, but it seems as if his return is imminent.

While he dated Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), he was really good friends with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and the two had a semi-fling in high school.

Now that both parties have likely grown during their time apart, will a romance spark?

GH spoilers imply that Dex Holler (Evan Hofer) may find himself a tad concerned when Cameron returns; however, Joss is pretty smitten with the henchman.

With so many people against the Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) and Trina pairing, could the show decide to pair the old friends together? Or even add Cam to the number of factors that could doom the Sprina romance?

After all, Trina’s mom Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is working overtime to keep the two away from each other, and Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) is lurking in the shadows with Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay), trying to keep Spence at home with the baby, versus out with his girlfriend. Prince is clearly re-catching feelings for her ex, whether she has regained her memory or not.

There just seem to be too many strikes against Sprina right now.

With Cassadine always at Esme’s beck and call, Cameron may end up being near Trina every time she’s ditched by Spencer.

The two would start off “catching up” as old friends, and then their bond could deepen to something else over time. But how would Josslyn feel?

She’s wrapped up with Dex right now, so she’ll likely not notice the renewed chemistry Cam and Trina have at first. Either way, she likely won’t care.

After all, Ms. Jacks was the one who broke up with Cam, jumping into Dex’s arms and falling for him while she was still with Webber.
