The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will surprise his family and side with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). He thinks his dad should let Sharon take her company, Kirsten International, back out of the SNA Media merger. Nick understands why Sharon wants to back out of the merger.

They were under the impression Sharon would be in charge of her company. Still, Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) move to appoint Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) as the CEO and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) as the COO has Sharon on edge.

Sharon decided to call Michael Baldwin (Christian Leblanc) to learn her options to protect her company from Victor’s reach. She refuses Victor’s offer to buy her out, as she remains determined to make a positive difference with Kirsten International.

Sharon believed Victor would let her manage her company with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Nick. He decided to demote Adam and move Nick to Newman Enterprises. At this point, Sharon isn’t sure what her role will be in day-to-day operations at SNA Media.

Nick agrees with Sharon but isn’t sure what they can do about it. Victor always wins and believes this time won’t be any different. Sharon refuses to allow Victor to strip her of power at Kirsten International. She’s prepared for a legal battle.
