Young and the Restless Spoilers Tuesday February 18: Phyllis Blackmails Chelsea, Sharon and Nikki Have A Run-In, and The Newman Gala Begins

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday February 18th indicate that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) blackmails Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) have a run-in, and the Newman gala begins.

Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) is in her suite getting ready for the gala when Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) gives her a gift, a plaque with the Grand Phoenix logo on it.

Meanwhile, Phyllis and Chelsea are downstairs having a heated argument. Chelsea warns Phyllis not to threaten Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and says that no one is going to prison. Phyllis mentions a woman in Vegas who believes her husband is missing, and an exasperated Chelsea orders Phyllis to reveal what she knows. Phyllis reveals what happened in Vegas with Adam, then informs Chelsea she wants her shares of the hotel.

Adam is upstairs where he’s booked a suite for him and Chelsea. He calls her and tells her he got them a room for the night. Chelsea leaves to go upstairs. When she arrives at the suite, she pleads with Adam to tell her everything that happened in Vegas. Adam tells Chelsea what happened. Chelsea says she should be angry, but she’s not. Adam showed her compassion during the Simon Black (Jeffrey Michael Parise) incident. Adam offers to talk to Phyllis, but Chelsea tells him she’ll handle the situation.

Abby then comes downstairs and Phyllis begins inquiring about the hotel’s interior design, but Abby refuses to discuss it with her. Phyllis calls Abby “boss,” and then the two start bickering. Chance comes down just as Abby receives a text from Chelsea. Abby excuses herself to go meet with Chelsea.

When Abby arrives at Chelsea’s suite, Chelsea informs her that she’ll be sharing her hotel shares to Phyllis. Abby is stunned, then realizes Phyllis is using blackmail and it has something to do with Adam. Chelsea refuses to divulge any information, then tells Abby when the opportunity arises to take down Phyllis. Abby exits, then Chelsea and Adam share a moment where she says she’ll always choose him.

Phyllis is downstairs in the bar when Abby comes up and takes Phyllis’ drink. Abby reveals to a stunned Chance that Chelsea’s selling her shares of the hotel to Phyllis. Abby then demands to know what information Phyllis has on Chelsea. Phyllis doesn’t say a word, and Abby storms off. Chance then confronts Phyllis, demanding to know what she’s up to. Phyllis says she didn’t do anything, but he and “Spider” did. Chance is irritated that she knows the secret used it to her advantage. Phyllis then tells Chance she’s not going for half ownership of the hotel, she’s going to the whole thing.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Victor knows about Sharon’s cancer

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) arrives at the ranch to see Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). They talk about Nikki, who just got back from her trip. When Victor asks about Sharon’s treatment, Nick denies knowing what he’s talking about, but Victor says he knows about her breast cancer. Nick makes Victor promise not to say a word because Sharon doesn’t want anybody to know.

Victor then expresses his concerns for Nick and Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind). Nick tells Victor that Faith knows and is struggling with her fears. Victor says that if they ever need anything, he’s there for them. When Nikki and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) arrive, they begin telling the men about the gala. Victor begins asking about the surprises in store, and Victoria says that Nikki outdid herself.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – More treatment for Sharon

Sharon is at her place with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), who gives her a copy of Traci Abbott’s (Beth Maitland) book. He says it’ll keep her occupied during chemo sessions. She thanks him for the gift, and then they leave for her treatment. When they return, Rey is concerned about how Sharon’s feeling. She reassures him she’s fine and that the chemo sessions are boring. They talk about the Newman gala, and Sharon tells Rey she wants to attend the party.

Victor arrives at the Top of the Tower, where everything’s been decorated for his gala. A huge sign is on stage that has the Newman Enterprises logo. Nikki joins Victor as he takes everything in. He refers to Nikki as his rock and says none of this would be possible without her.

The guests start to arrive. Nick spots Chelsea and chats with her. Chelsea comments she just wants everyone to be happy. Adam goes to offer his congratulations to his father. Sharon and Rey arrive next, and the two have a code word to leave earlier in case she’s not feeling well. Sharon goes to the restroom as Nikki follows her. Sharon throws up, which sparks Nikki’s suspicion. When she asks if Sharon’s pregnant, Sharon laughs at the idea and says it was the food Nikki is serving that made her sick. Sharon then goes back out to join Rey and Nick. She tells then about her encounter with Nikki in the restroom and how Nikki thought she was pregnant, both men have stunned expressions on their faces.

Back at the party Phyllis shows up, which angers Abby and Chelsea. Abby once again confronts her, and Phyllis orders Abby to be happy. Not only are they business partners, but they’re also like family.

Noah Newman (Robert Adamson) arrives much to the surprise of his parents. He says he’s back in town for grandpa’s party and is also there for his mom.

As Victor’s greeting the guests, he’s surprised to see his brother Matt Miller (Robert Parucha). Victor’s first wife Julia Newman (Meg Bennett) also arrives at the party. As the gala begins, Victor asks for everyone’s attention. He welcomes them and says this is the 50th anniversary celebration for Newman Enterprises. Nikki then takes the microphone and says it’s also a night of celebration for Victor. The two then order the festivities to start.
