General Hospital spoilers and updates tease it’ll be a November to remember in Port Charles. Life-changing events rock relationships to their core, inconvenient truths come out and the Quartermaine’s Turkey Day is one for the books!

Even as Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has been trying to save Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) from Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) influence, a life-changing event has occurred.

General Hospital Spoilers – A Life Changing Event

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) relationship will be rocked to the core, when the truth is revealed that Anna shot Charlotte, who’d broken into her apartment.

In an apparently separate incident, Anna will receive another surprise visitor-might it be the dreaded Agent Forsyth (uncast character) from her past?

Laura will also continue contending with the unwelcome presence of her oldest half-brother Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), viewing him as a possible threat.

She’ll also continue to mediate between her grandson, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).

GH Spoilers – Tensions Between Spencer Cassadine And Trina Robinson

As Esme decides to move out on her own with Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) his devotion to Ace will cause tensions between himself and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Spencer will naturally fear that Esme will take off with his little brother and ramp up his desires to adopt his brother.

However, with Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) known to be alive, presumably somewhere in Europe, he doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on. If there had been any legal option whatsoever to adopt Ace, it would have happened when he was born, but there wasn’t any.

Even though Trina holds no ill will towards the tot and actually bonded to him somewhat in Greenland, the issue of Spencer’s attentions continuing to be split worries Trina.

General Hospital Spoilers – Unfinished Business And A New Obstacle

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) decides to take care of unfinished business, while TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) encounter a new obstacle in their surrogacy journey.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will be a source of support for TJ, while the Davis girls and their mother will continue to support both Molly and TJ. The new obstacle for Molly and TJ appears to be something unexpected and unavoidable, and obviously unplanned.

As for Curtis’ unfinished business, he may be making new attempts to extricate himself and The Savoy from Selina Wu (Lydia Look). He may also offer his expertise in identifying the Metro Court sniper who took the use of his legs.

GH Spoilers – Suspicious Minds, Secrets Held

Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) will make a business proposal that both Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) are suspicious of.

Carly will remain determined to unearth the secret of who blew the whistle on her and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to the SEC, even though Drew is free.

Meanwhile, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is still blackmailing Nina with that secret, which he already knows-and he and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will clash over Nina. Drew will try to enlist Michael to make a power move.

General Hospital Spoilers – More Suspicions, Secrets Revealed And Betrayals

Soon, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will become suspicious of Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth). Austin may be cagey at first, not wanting to reveal much but later, he’ll decide it best to cooperate and go to the cops with what he knows.

Ava Jerome, (Maura West) however will discover a betrayal, and she’ll be on the warpath because of it.

There is also the matter of the potential buyer of Spoon Island and Wyndemere, who’s hiding behind a subterfuge. Will it turn out to be Nikolas, who made some large cash withdrawals, or will someone else make the transaction?

GH Spoilers – Professional Crises, New Opportunities, New Relationships

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will support Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) as he faces a professional crisis at the hospital. There will be some sort of ethical issue involved in Finn’s challenging situation.

In the meantime, another couple, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will open up about their feelings and Cody will be offered a new professional opportunity.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will be cautioned by Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) as she gets pulled increasingly closer into her troubled friend Adam’s (Joshua Benard) orbit.

Josslyn wants to be a friend to Adam, but it seems he wants much more from her, and increasingly troubling behavior will manifest. Adam seems to be teetering on the edge of sanity as his parents’ expectations of perfection drive him into borderline self-harm.

Perhaps the best thing Josslyn could do for Adam is to get Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) on board before Adam becomes dangerous to himself or others. Until then, it’s obvious that if Adam isn’t a stalker, he’s becoming emotionally dependent on Josslyn.

GH Spoilers – Accidents And Turkey Day At The Quartermaines

Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth) gets into an accident that brings major implications for both his future and Olivia Quartermaine’s (Lisa LoCicero).

However, the accident brings back his memory and again he’s fully Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) as well as Eddie and when his memory returns it will be in dramatic fashion.

Secrets are bound to be revealed about Nina, but she’s not the only one with secrets-Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta) arrives for Thanksgiving with some secrets of her own!

Turkey day at the Quartermaines will be one for the books with Gloria, who’s Lois Cerullo’s (Rena Sofer) mother and Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) other grandmother making waves.

Look for the Cerullo family secret to not have anything with seasoning the Thanksgiving turkey with pesto and garlic, Italian style!
