Evil seems to win every day on General Hospital and the mere fact that Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) is still out of prison proves that. Is assault not a parole violation? Should Nelle have not gone back to Pentonville for assaulting Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) badly enough to send her to the hospital?
GH Spoilers: Where Is Nelle’s Parole Officer?
General Hospital’s Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) cannot sneeze without her parole officer showing up and causing problems. Sam cannot go to the hospital without her parole officer showing up. Why does Nelle not even have one checking on her? Nelle was placed under arrest at Willow’s apartment. Nelle was taken to the PCPD and is spinning her lies to get Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) moved out of the lockup area. So why is Nelle’s parole officer not there to charge her with a parole violation? What makes Nelle so special that she can do whatever she wants?

General Hospital’s Nelle abandoned her child when she handed it over to Brad to keep him from Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Nelle falsely reported her child as dead. Nelle has taunted Michael over the past year with hints that her child was alive. Nelle has secured fake passports for herself and her son. Nelle was kidnapping that baby who has yet to be proven to be related to her. Why again do new charges not violate her parole? Why is Nelle getting a free pass yet again?
Will Authorities Believe Nelle’s Story?
General Hospital’s prison authorities should know that Nelle will stop at nothing to get her way. However, she fooled them by allowing Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) to stab her to get out of prison early. Nelle has no restriction apparently when it comes to her victims because she’s been allowed around Michael and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Nelle seems to be above the law for whatever reason and keeps getting away with everything she tries to do. Nelle’s innocent act seems to be bought by law enforcement far and near. Will anyone ever figure out that Nelle is using them to continue to harass her victims? Will Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) push for justice after Willow was attacked? Can Chase bring Nelle to justice once and for all?
GH Spoilers: Carly Corinthos Wants Nelle Gone For Good
General Hospital’s Carly has told Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) that she wants Nelle taken care of once and for all. Will Sonny and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) irradicate the Nelle problem for good? Are Nelle’s days number in Port Charles?
Nelle has been a thorn in the Corinthos family side for years. Is it time she finally makes a permanent exit from Port Charles?

The reason why Nelle isn’t back in Pentonville because she will play the victim game. She will throw everybody under the bus. I wouldn’t be shock if she is able to escape from Port Charles jail and try to kidnap Wiley again. She is own worst enemies. I still hope and pray that the law will throw the book at her.
