The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers indicate that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) has become a bit too interested in protecting Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) from Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).

Finn is so involved that he is buying everything that Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) has to say about Thomas. Does Finn’s concern for Hope go beyond friendship? Could Finn be secretly attracted to Hope?

Finn and Hope were never very close until Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) left town because she couldn’t stand being that close to Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

However, Finn and Hope began comparing notes when he informed her that their parents were in a relationship. Finn thought that Hope deserved to know the truth.

Finn and Hope even discussed what to do about their parents and have even tried to break them up. However, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) has proven that he has no desire to leave Sheila at all.

Hope and Finn began to lean on each other during this time, however, Hope has never actually shown any interest in Finn. Could Finn feel differently about their relationship?

The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers reveal that Steffy packed up the kids and left the country even though Finn tried to get rid of Sheila.

It wasn’t until Steffy got word of Deacon and Sheila’s relationship that she returned home. In that time, Finn and Hope interacted quite a bit and now Finn is overly concerned about her safety.

Perhaps, since Steffy was away, Finn began to shift his protective instincts to Hope because Steffy wasn’t there to protect from Sheila.

After all, there was a time when Sheila would have taken Hope out even though she was Deacon’s daughter. Has Finn’s protective instincts become more than just a friendly gesture?

Thomas has never done anything to Steffy except have a few brotherly arguments with her. However, Finn seems to believe that Thomas is a huge danger to Hope and has appointed himself her protector.
