General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, January 16, 2024, reveal that Josslyn Jacks (temporarily played by Courtney Fulk) gets support from Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) decides to protect Ace Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay).

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) tells Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) about her plans. Plus, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) races against the clock to stop Dex Heller (Even Hofer) from killing Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos’ Frantic Race

Fans recall that Sonny told Dex to eliminate Cyrus. Sonny already beat up Cyrus, which landed the villain in the hospital.

Sonny was arrested, but now that he’s out, he is continuing to send a message. Even though Sonny told Dex to kill Cyrus, it is an act that Dex will never be able to get over.

Sonny knows this. Plus, it won’t take long before the police arrest Sonny and Dex for murder.

Fans watched as Dex called Josslyn to leave her a goodbye message. Interestingly enough, it was Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) that led to Sonny having a change of heart. However, will Sonny be able to get to Dex before it’s too late?

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine’s Baby Move

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, January 16 reveal that Spencer opened the door to see Nikolas. It is teased that Nikolas will decide he must protect Ace.

Nikolas said he is leaving Port Charles but taking Ace as well as Spencer with him! Of course, Spencer is a grown man. Plus, despite the thaw between father and son, Spencer probably won’t let Nikolas take Ace anywhere.

GH Spoilers – Tuesday, January 16

On Tuesday, January 16, fans can also expect Trina to tell Esme about her plans. Even though Ava Jerome (Maura West) wanted the book thrown at Esme, the young woman made a deal before court.

Esme pled guilty and received six months probation. Trina plans on going to Paris, but might be worried about Esme’s plans for Spencer.

Esme was warned not to even think about crossing any lines. Esme must be on perfect behavior during her probation. However, we have a feeling that some people in Port Charles could make that quite difficult for Esme.

The “Next on GH” preview clip shows Spencer reacting to Nikolas’ declaration. Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) asks someone on the phone to come to the hospital.

Plus, Carly tries to support Josslyn as she deals with Adam Wright’s (Joshua Benard) latest crisis. Fans will also see Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) try to save Adam. Will Adam survive and if so, how will this impact Josslyn?
