Blake Shelton Recalls 2021 Super Bowl Ad
At the time, Blake Shelton appeared in a Super Bowl ad with Gwen Stefani and fellow The Voice coach Adam Levine. In an ad for T-Mobile, Gwen spoke with Adam on the phone.
She told him that she was single and ready to mingle. She was ready to date a guy who was “maybe from another country,” “cultured,” and “not threatened by a strong, confident woman.”
The terrible cell service made it sound like she said a man who’s “country,” “uncultured,” and “threatened by a strong, confident woman.” Adam looked over at Blake Shelton, as they’re sitting at the diner together.
He realized that Gwen wants to date a country artist. The commercial concludes with Gwen surprised to see Blake as her blind date.
Blake Shelton opened up about that humorous commercial in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. He wanted to poke fun at their blossoming romance. At the time, fans were shocked over Gwen Stefani dating the musician.
“When I read the script, I thought it was a great idea,” Blake explained. “I thought it was so funny. Because people still don’t really understand why she’s with me. And fair enough, right? So, I loved being able to spin that out.”
The Couple’s 2024 Super Bowl Plans
For months, rumors have been swirling about the state of their marriage. Even their fans assumed their marriage was on the rocks.
Gwen and Blake have been living separate lives and enjoying their own ventures. However, they still had plans for this year’s Super Bowl LVIII, which took place in Las VEgas.
Gwen headlined a pregame show on TikTok. The No Doubt frontwoman shared that she had plans with her husband. It’s about the food and bringing their families together. However, there are some things they disagree about when it comes to the food.
“And I said to [Blake], I was like, ‘Why are we even having this conversation? You know that I’m going to blow it in the first 15 minutes,” Gwen Stefani told People Magazine. “I’m going to blow through the seven-layer dip, and I’m not going to be able to fit anything else in my stomach, and I’m going to be so mad the rest of the day.”

I’ve been following Blake’s career for a long time and what I understand is that after his marriage to this lady singer he changed his behavior 100%, I don’t want to be that funny singer Determined and sure of himself to become a tamed lamb in her hand, he diminishes himself to try to make her shine and this makes his career take second place, he never came back Being a country singer like he used to be and a lot of that because even though I love him I realize that he sold himself to her because he was What he understands is that her fame has already passed, it only existed at its peak in the 90s, so now he suffers the shame of being called a azzled by the fame that he thinks she still has but that he doesn’t Nepo boyfriend. And this will only change when he realizes the magnitude of success and charisma he has without depending on her.
