General Hospital (GH) news reveals that in 2023 DUI offender Haley Pullos was arrested for allegedly causing a wrong-way LA freeway crash. She was criminally and civilly charged and now Pullos wants the Los Angeles Superior Court to simply dismiss the civil lawsuit against her.
On April 29, 2023 the former daytime actress allegedly caused a freeway accident after an alleged hit and run incident on city streets. Reports showed that Pullos had to be extricated from her wrecked car with the jaws of life, and she and was subsequently hospitalized.

Pullos ran into Courteney Wilder’s vehicle while driving the wrong way on the freeway. According to People, “Wilder was also hospitalized with major injuries and later filed a lawsuit seeking damages in January.”
Court documents seen by People reveal that Pullos denied “generally and specifically each and every allegation” in Wilder’s suit and refutes Wilder’s claim that she “sustained, or will sustain, any loss or damage in the manner or amount alleged” because of Pullos’ actions.

Instead, the filing claimed that the “damages” alleged in the complaint was “proximately caused by either the sole negligent and/or intentional conduct of Plaintiffs.”
Therefore, Pullos claimed the cost of Wilder’s recovery, “if any,” should be “reduced by an amount proportionate to the amount by which Plaintiffs’ negligent and/or intentional conduct contributed to the alleged damages.”
Pullos claims that Wilder’s damages were caused “either wholly or in part, intentionally or negligently caused by person, firms, corporation, or entities” outside of her control.

As a result, Pullos wants Wilder’s complaint dismissed and to have her pay Pullos’ legal fees in addition to “other and further relief” deemed “just and proper.”
After the crash, Pullos was photographed being driven by her father to a rehabilitation treatment facility, after a pit stop at McDonalds. Pullos debuted as Molly Lansing-Davis on General Hospital in 2009 and she was dismissed one month after the accident.
After Pullos’ DUI charge, the L.A. County D.A. told People that “drunk driving remains a grave concern in our communities, claiming thousands of innocent lives each year … “Charging Haley Pullos with a felony DUI causing injury underscores the severity of this alleged offense.”
