They’ve been gifted with some nights at the Horton cabin, but it has a horrible history-it’s even been described as a curse!

There’s a history of horrors at the Horton cabin, everything from people being held hostage there to people setting fire to it.

Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) recently warned Johnny of a DiMera family curse that could affect Chanel as Johnny’s wife-granted, Chad is still reeling from Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) death.

Still, after a small wedding in Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) hospital room, and the stress associated with her illness, they’ll jump at the chance to get away.

They’ll find out Paulina will be just fine after a miracle visit, and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) getting his memory back to boot.

So, Chanel and Johnny will be free to go and have a good time, even though they’ll want to stay close to home just in case.

DOOL Spoilers – Someone Else May Know About The Cabin And Be Using It

Where Johnny and Chanel might run into trouble is if someone else knows about the cabin and is using it for a hideout-Clyde Weston (James Read) knows of it.

This is also the cabin where Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) helped Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) after she broke her leg on her motorcycle.

Clyde could be hiding out there with his much too young girlfriend Rebecca Goldman (Christy St. John), yes-the crooked cop, and that would be the more dangerous situation.

Those two nearly killed Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) and they’d do the same to Johnny and Chanel!

There’s another possibility for a cabin dweller without time share privileges-and he’s related to Johnny!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – EJ DiMera Is Sending Stefan DiMera Out Of The Country

Johnny’s dad, EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) also knows about the Horton cabin and he might stash Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) there while waiting for transport.

Stefan confided in EJ about the Clyde problems and EJ thought it best to send him abroad for a while, after much argument between the two.

Stefan won’t be a danger to Johnny and Chanel, but they won’t have much honeymooning time with a third wheel uncle in the cabin!

However, inconvenience would certainly be preferable to the horror that Clyde and Goldman could cause, so maybe having to share close quarters with Stefan wouldn’t be that bad. But it would be much better if they just had the cabin to themselves!
