Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Wendy Shin’s (Victoria Grace) rescue goes sideways for Harris Michaels (Steve Burton).

He’s been released from the hospital but apparently, he’s not as ready for duty as he thought, he collapses trying to help and now the rescuers have three to get out!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – It Took A Team

It took a team of several to even find Tripp and Wendy and to break into the beer tank in the old factory after Clyde Weston (James Read) skedaddled.

Dirty cop Rebecca Goldman, (Kristy St. John) revealed to be his jailbait girlfriend skedaddled with him, and she was the only one who knew where she stashed them.

Harris, along with Ava, Steve Johnson, (Stephen Nichols) John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) were all trying to break into tank and save Tripp and Wendy.

Harris held his chest in the area of his gunshot wound and collapsed-but they were in! Rafe got Harris out and attended to him while Steve and John gave CPR to Tripp and Wendy, who were nearly dead.

DOOL Spoilers – Harris Michaels Is Surprised To Wake Up With Ava Vitali

Harris had a complication likely due to leaving the hospital too soon, and when he collapsed, he did it right-he didn’t wake up until Tripp and Wendy were out and safe.

He’s surprised to find Ava taking care of him, when he figured she’d be taking care of her son-but Ava told him he collapsed and had to have some surgery redone.

Apparently, he had popped an internal stitch weakened by his trying to go after Goldman and manhandling Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) in the hospital.

Harris is grateful for Ava’s taking care of him and happy to hear Wendy and Tripp are alive-they’d gotten there barely in time.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – They’re All Fuming Over Clyde Weston’s Escape

There’s a little bit of conversation about Clyde and Goldman’s escape, but of course Harris doesn’t have any idea how it happened.

Ava, Steve and John had helped create a distraction along with her cousins, and they were fuming over what happened next.

Clyde and Goldman showed up at the airstrip where Clyde was supposed to reveal where Tripp and Wendy were stashed-instead Goldman said they were already dead!

Harris will take more time off to fully recover and not try to hasten the process. He’s learned his lesson about jumping the gun on recovery from a serious gunshot wound!
