GH spoilers for Wednesday, March 13 reveal that Danny was stunned to find his father. Danny raced to get the supplies that Jason needed to take care of his gunshot wound.

Jason also told Danny that he couldn’t say anything to Sam. That left Danny feeling torn, especially when Jason refused to explain why.

This could explain Sam’s rage in the preview clip. In that scene, Sam explodes as she declares she will never forgive him.
