British royal family news shows that today Princess Kate, the Princess of Wales announced she has been diagnosed with cancer and is receiving treatment.

The news comes after a planned abdominal operation in January which had her sidelined from royal duties as she heals.

While the best in the world sent well wishes to Kate, several public figures found it in themselves to mock a sick woman mercilessly. Who does this?

Here’s who: Kim Kardashian, Blake Lively, Andy Cohen, Stephen Colbert, and John Oliver all found it funny to be cruel to a sick woman. How crass. None of these shameless people have issued an apology at the time of publication. Kim’s excuse may be that she’s taking the trash out, per Taylor Swift.

While these decrepits were making fun of the Princess of Wales we now know that she was not just recuperating from abdominal surgery performed in January, she was also dealing with being told she had cancer, and undergoing treatment.

Royal News – Princess Catherine’s Cancer

Today Kate released a personal video message, filmed at Windsor on Wednesday, in which she revealed to the world that she is figuring out how to deal with a cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatment.

According to the Daily Mail “Catherine revealed the news had come as a huge shock and that she and William have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family.’”

Commenters were quick to call out the slimy individuals who laughed at Kate with one writing

“None have retracted their comments since Kate’s sad announcement today. Funny how it takes a single action to loose interest in an actor. I loved Blake! But she proved her true character by making that comment. She tries to match her husband’s humor & well this time, she fell flat on her face. Done with them all…..”

Another echoed that sentiment saying “I liked Blake as well… Not anymore.” Another poster wrote: “Disgusting but what do you expect from a class of people for whom every waking moment is spent engaged in shameless self promotion. They’d have no idea what it means to actually have a family and children that come before their public persona. Instead if it happened to them they’d be looking for the perfect selfie while hooked up to the chemotherapy line.”
