“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Monday, October 15, tease that Katie (Heather Tom) will surprise Bill (Don Diamont) with some big news. Thanks to Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) confession, Katie now knows the custody case wasn’t a fair fight. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) pressured the judge to rule in Katie’s favor, so that knowledge will naturally affect her next move.

Sadly, Katie can’t just spill everything to her ex. She feels guilty, but telling Bill the truth would mean disaster for Ridge. Katie doesn’t want Ridge to land behind bars, especially since he was supporting her. His heart wasn’t in the right place, but he was still on her side. Katie undoubtedly feels like she set all this in motion by seeking sole custody in the first place.
