If dealing with depression and four babies was not enough, Gemma is already coping with finding out that her new mom friends are not friends at all. They have been poking fun at her and making mean comments behind her back. Gemma will finally realize the truth, which causes her to have an emotional reaction.

In fact, while rushing off with her babies, she nearly gets hit by a car. This only makes her even more insecure about being a proper parent. This is multiplied even further when a police officer says that it’s clear Gemma has been drinking.
