Lala Kent – Purchases $3.1 Million Home In The Valley

In late March, it was reported that Lala Kent purchased a new home in San Fernando Valley. Her new mansion cost $3.1 million. The 5,100-square-foot home features five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. According to TMZ, the mansion also has double-height ceilings and skylights.

It features an indoor and outdoor style. The kitchen has high-end appliances with a large island that offers plenty of seating for guests. The home also has a massive backyard, swimming pool and spa, a fire pit, sports court, outdoor kitchen, and wine room.

Lala Kent’s new home in the Valley is accompanied by a 1,006-square-foot guest house. The home is adorned with vaulted ceilings next to a cozy fireplace. It also includes a double vanity, a large shower, a luxury bathroom with a soaking tub, and a primary suite with a walk-in closet.

The Give Them Lala founder also purchased a vacation home in Palm Springs for $1.3 million. During a Q&A via her Instagram Stories, Lala revealed that she plans to keep her Palm Springs home.

“Yes. This house is my sanctuary. There is nothing like the desert,” Lala Kent responded to one fan.

This comes amid the rumors that she’s leaving Vanderpump Rules for the Valley. She might join her co-star Scheana Shay. Both of them appeared on the first episode of The Valley, which premiered last month.

Scheana Shay – Moves To The valley

The Bravo spin-off series features Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright, and Kristen Doute. The show still has some of the charm and drama that VPR is known for. It would make sense for Scheana Shay to move to this series since she hasn’t worked at SUR for years.

Like Lala, Scheana has a home in the San Fernando Valley. She revealed if she plans to jump ship from Vanderpump Rules to The Valley.

“I don’t know about a complete switch. I mean, I’m very happy with where I am on Vanderpump Rules,” Scheana Shay said on a recent episode of her Scheananigans podcast. “And I would like to keep that going for as long as possible. But I love the crossovers.”

She hopes that VPR will provide more content that allows her to be on the show for longer. Bravo fans think Season 11 is the final season as it hasn’t held up to the Season 10 scandal dubbed “Scandoval.”
