British Royal News says that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are looking to spend a little time with Queen Elizabeth and some members of the royal family this summer at Buckingham Palace. In fact, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex even have plans to bring along their 10-month-old son, Archie Harrison, on this trip, too. However, it looks like they will be forced to change their plans. Here’s why.
Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Expected To Bring Archie To London This Summer – Will Coronavirus Change Their Plans?
When Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made their last round of royal engagements and public appearances as working members of the firm, a lot of people were surprised that they didn’t bring their son Archie to the UK with them. Apparently, there was a very good reason for it.
Reports say that Harry and Meghan left the young tot behind in Canada due to coronavirus fears. To date, the novel virus has infected an estimated 162,000 people worldwide, with under half of them in China. Over 6,000 people have died, with 3,085 of the deaths in China as well. Many nations have declared a national state of disaster while governments are looking to close their borders and restrict air travel.
Seeing how many schools and businesses are closing their doors or shutting down for the next several weeks, it doesn’t appear as though Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s trip to London will go on as planned. In fact, there’s a very good chance that it will be a long time before they decide to travel again, or at least until there is a significant reduction of deaths associated with the virus.

Yet, it has also been reported that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were hoping to spend some time as a family and out of the spotlight following their ‘Megxit’ ordeal. With the coronavirus outbreak forcing everyone to stay home and practice social distancing, the timing is more than ideal.
