British royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle has been Markled by Sophie Trudeau. Meghan Thee Duchess describes the former First Lady of Canada as a dear friend but Sophie nixes that idea saying just that she “knows” Markle adding that she hasn’t “spent much time” with the jam maker.

On a November 2022 Archetypes podcast Meghan bragged that Sophie sent her meditations during her pregnancy: “I’ve gone to her over the years for advice.”

According to the Daily Mail, Meghan described a pool day with Sophie and their kids, claiming that the kids were in the pool “on pizza-shaped floats” while the women engaged in some mommy wine time.

No one was impressed with Meghan’s name dropping, with one commenter writing that “drinking wine while they swam – that’s just out and out irresponsible.”

Another, a full time swim teacher, scoffed at her fantasy: “Your children are *currently* 2 and 4 years old. The 4 year old … could be water-wise enough NOW to play in the water on a pizza-shaped float, but before now, I strongly, strongly doubt it.” Foiled by the truth again.

Royal Family News – Meghan And Her Relationship With the Truth

Today Sophie made it a point to distance herself from Meghan. She told The Times “I know her… but we haven’t spent much time together.” Conversely, Sophie was quick to leave Meghan behind and said that her “heart just sunk” when she heard about Princess Kate’s cancer diagnosis.

Royal Family News – Meghan’s Dwindling Social Circle

It’s not the first time that Meghan has overplayed her friendships. She had a “falling out with her former best friend Jessica Mulroney, who has previously acted as a stylist for Ms Trudeau” which may explain why Sophie is eager to distance herself from the craven cable actress.

Meghan met Sophie in 2016 after meeting Justin at the One Young World summit in Ottawa that same year. Clearly Sophie is moving on and forging a bright new future, one that doesn’t include old baggage.
