Oh my! Our second chance love story is heading towards a slow and painful demise. The worst thing is the energy with which fans are saying they called it.

Yes, we’d all like to think that Affleck is a depressed man who married a fame-chaser in the name of love if you’re into that kind of thing, but the thing is, they’re just two people who tried to make love work.

For some reason, I can’t forget the hopeful and happy interviews JLo did on the subject of finding love again with Ben Affleck over two decades after they initially broke off their first engagement. Oh well !!!

Insider Claims Impending Divorce Is Not Ben Affleck’s Fault

Since the pair tied the knot in 2022 with a low-key marriage and a high profile wedding lasting three days, fans haven’t stopped speculating that their romance was going to be a shortlived one.

Some say Affleck is too private and Lopez is too showy – I mean, she did write an entire album based on rekindling her romance with Ben Affleck and followed it up with a documentary Affleck did not entirely approve of. Still, I never thought rooting against Bennifer 2.0 was an option.

According to a source speaking to In Touch, our beautiful second chance romance story is about to be over.

“The writing is on the wall – it’s over,” the insider revealed. “They’re headed for a divorce – and for once, [Ben’s] not to blame!”

The source further revealed that things have escalated to the extent that Affleck has moved out.
“He’s focusing on his work and his kids now,” the insider dished. “Ben already moved out and they’ll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for. They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her. There’s no way it could have lasted.”

What Ben Affleck Has Said On Jennifer Lopez’s Approach To Fame

In Lopez’s documentary ‘The Greatest Love Story Never Told,‘ Affleck admitted that being married to Lopez hasn’t always been easy, and that he’s learned to compromise better.

He said: “Getting back together, I said, ‘Listen, one of the things I don’t want is a relationship on social media.’ Then I sort of realized it’s not a fair thing to ask. It’s sort of, like, you’re going to marry a boat captain and you go, ‘Well, I don’t want the water.’ We’re trying to learn to compromise.”

Affleck is not a complete stranger to the world of celebrity, being a celebrated actor himself and now even venturing into the role of a director, but he apparently likes to keep work and personal life separate.
