It looks like the dream home is going the way of the fairytale marriage. Fans started getting glimpses into the rift in Lopez and Affleck‘s marriage when a source revealed that they were no longer living together.

At least this time, according to a source, there’ll be no hard feelings.

Before Lopez and Affleck settled on their Beverly Hills mansion, they had looked at over 80 homes to find the perfect one for their family.

However, as divorce rumors rages, TMZ is now reporting that the couple have found a realtor and are asking for “around $65 million” for the property.

TMZ also reports that the couple are likely to lose a couple million dollars from selling the home due to the costs that come attached with selling a super expensive property.

Okay, the “Hypnotico” hitmaker and the “Justice League” star’s beautiful second chance love story is not turning out the way they hoped it would. After breaking off their first engagement over two decades ago, the couple reportedly thought things might have changed enough for them to give it another go. It didn’t, and now they’re letting go again.

“Ben already moved out and they’ll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for,” a source speaking to In Touch said.

“They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her. There’s no way it could have lasted. They waited almost two decades to get back together, but in the end, they just couldn’t make it work…. They both said they’d matured and learned from their mistakes, but some of the bigger issues that tore them apart the first time remained the same.”
