General Hospital Spoilers; Brennan Betrays Valentin To Help Carly!

General Hospital spoilers tease that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was full of emotion when she discovered that the reason Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) spent the last two years working undercover for the FBI was to protect her.

The FBI, specifically Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington) had somehow obtained a recording of Carly admitting she was temporarily running The Corinthos Organization, and was in effect a mob boss.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Was blackmailed!

Jason was told that if he didn’t infiltrate the Pikeman Organization then Carly would go to prison for at least 20 years for racketeering. Jason’s cover was blown a couple months ago, but he hadn’t yet completed his mission.

Until Pikeman and its leaders were brought to justice, Cates is holding the recording over Jason’s head. Jason never wanted Carly to find out what he sacrificed for her but Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) hacked into the FBI in order to find whatever evidence the FBI was holding over Jason. Of course, Sam immediately told Carly.

Of course, Sam blames both Jason and Carly for Jason’s two year absence. Her son by Jason, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) went two years believing his father was dead because of Jason’s choice to protect Carly. Now that Carly knows the truth, she’s overwhelmed by the extent of Jason’s sacrifice.

She considered turning herself in for racketeering herself, but Spinelli reminded her then that Jason sacrifice would be in vain. Now Carly is on the warpath and plans to free Jason from Agent Cates once and for all.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jack Brennan May Save The Day!

Carly’s first move will be to visit Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) at Pentonville. Brennan and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) have been running Pikeman for years now, But Brennan was arrested months ago while Valentin took over solo.

Brennan is growing tired of rotting away in prison while Valentin does nothing to facilitate his freedom.

Brennan may be coming to believe that Valentin has no intention of helping so with nothing to lose, he may give Carly just enough information that Cates can use to finally take Pikeman down and free Jason from their control.
