Prince Harry and especially Meghan Markle are not going to like the sounds of this when they hear about it.

There’s a new report that suggests King Charles has removed both Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet from the royal family narrative.

That’s because whenever King Charles talks about his grand kids, he only talks about the Waleses kids, and not the Sussexes. But then again, should that surprise anyone? Archie and Lilibet live thousands of miles away in California.

Royal editor Kate Mansey says that whenever King Charles ever talks about the future or mentions anything about his grandchildren, the public automatically think that he’s talking about Prince William and Kate Middleton’s three children, and not the Sussexes.

King Charles even recently made a joke about Pokeman during the Japanese State Visit welcome. He said, “I am only sorry to report that I haven’t had any better luck more recent attempts at fishing — the Pokémon phrase ‘gotta catch ‘em all’ may resonate with my grandchildren, but for me, it is, perhaps, aspirational!”

Royal Family News – King Charles Has No Contact With The Sussex Grandchildren

Mansey said, “You think of Charles talking about his grandchildren, the first thing you think of is the Waleses, because he doesn’t have that connection to the Sussex grandchildren.”

“You don’t even think now, ‘Oh, wonder which grandchildren he’s thinking about?’” she added.

Royal correspondent Roya Nikkhah also chimed in with her thoughts on the matter, too.

She agrees that King Charles practically don’t know anything about his California grandchildren at this point because he has no contact with them.

She said, “I think you’re right, your assessment is right, when he says grandchildren, people here think first and foremost he’s talking about the ones he’s seen with on the Buckingham Palace balcony at the big moments and that’s not Archie and Lilibet.”

“We know that both sides would like that relationship to be closer and stronger, but the distance means it just isn’t.”

So far King Charles himself has not made any comments about the matter but at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said.
