Since then, they’ve spent several months working on their next steps while living in a multi-million dollar mansion on Vancouver Island. But now that they have made the move to Los Angeles, it looks like they are getting serious about working and eventually launching their new foundation.

According to reports, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have hired Melinda Gates’ top staffer, Catherine St. Laurent, who up until now worked on the Gates’ Pivotal Ventures organization. Now her main focus will be to oversee and run the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s upcoming charitable foundation.

And while the couple has not revealed many details about their foundation, Harry and Meghan apparently have huge plans.
