The And The Beautiful Recap – Monte Carlo Excitement

B&B recap for Monday, August 5 reveals that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) are talking about how beautiful Monte Carlo is.

Ridge motions to a big, fancy boat and says he should have bought it. Ridge is sure that everything is going to be okay and that Brooke’s Bedroom will be a splash. 

At Forrester Creations in L.A., Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) gushes about Brooke’s big day. The co-CEO says the company has poured millions into Brooke’s Bedroom.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) tells John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) that the social media drop was good, but she’s hoping the relaunch isn’t a flop.

Hope is confident it will be a success. Steffy lectures her husband about how Hope’s line is a “huge drain” on the company’s resources. Steffy ends the conversation by praying Brooke turns it around.

Luna demands to know why Tom Starr’s (Clint Howard) backpack is in the apartment. Luna asks Poppy if she drugged and killed Tom. Luna begs her mother to be honest. Luna emotionally asks if Poppy killed Tom to protect the paternity secret.

B&B Recap – Hope For the Future

Steffy is in the office talking to Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz). Steffy tells Carter and Zende that she wants to talk about Hope For the Future. 

Hope sits at the design desk. Hope recalls her chat with Steffy about cutting HFTF. Hope flashes back to what she thinks is reality. Hope has a headache.

Finn suddenly appears and offers a massage. Finn seductively asks Hope if she wants the good doctor to work his magic. Clearly, Hope is in another fantasy!

In Monte Carlo, Marcel escorts BRIDGE to meet the press. Brooke is nervous. Ridge tells Brooke just to keep focused on the message. Awww, that’s actually really great advice and is pretty sweet of Ridge, too.

Luna demands Poppy answer her. “Did you kill Tom?!?!”

The And The Beautiful Recap – Zende Forrester Dominguez’s Plea

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, August 5 reveals that Zende tells Steffy that they’ve been working night and day on Hope’s fashion line. Steffy knows they are doing their best. Steffy says lately, the line has been chaotic.

Carter adds that Hope For the Future is on a “steady downturn.” That’s terrible news in the business world, so I can see Steffy’s point now. Steffy adds that the fashion line has been down for the past two quarters. Zende pleads with Steffy to give them more time. 

Finn tells Hope that she’s stressed again. Finn wants to get her blood flowing. Finn massages Hope’s temples and then her neck. Finn’s hands go to Hope’s shoulders.

When Finn stops, Hope asks him to keep going. Finn and Hope share a passionate kiss. Hope’s Finn fantasy is interrupted by Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Katie asks Hope why she’s so flushed.

In Monaco, Ridge starts talking at the press conference. Then, Ridge gives the podium to Brooke. 

Poppy denies killing Tom and is offended Luna would think such a thing. Luna wants to know if Tom was her father. Poppy claims that Luna is Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) daughter.

Poppy reminds Luna of the paternity test. Luna wants to know why Poppy hid Tom’s backpack in their apartment. Luna brings up the connection between Tom and Poppy, then the death. Luna once again asks Poppy if she killed Tom to protect their life with Bill.

 B&B Recap – Monday, August 5, 2024

Finn returns to Steffy. Finn wants to offer moral support. The FC team gathers to watch the social media drop. Katie announces Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) is back in town.

Hope is excited. Katie commends Zende for his social media skills. Zende blushes and is just glad to be involved. Katie says the whole world knows Brooke Logan. 

Brooke thanks Ridge at the press conference. Brooke talks about bringing the Bedroom line back. Brooke also talks about the message, that beauty lies within and they need to embrace change. Brooke adds that they are all imperfectly bold and beautiful.

There is applause and the media stares at their phones. The video drops and everyone is impressed. The video is worldwide, so expect it to go viral.

Poppy says she was protecting Luna. Luna asks, “From Tom Starr????” Poppy clarifies that she thought Bill wouldn’t accept Luna. Luna calls BS. Poppy is sticking to her story. Luna tells Poppy that nothing is adding up. Poppy claims she’s innocent of murder.

Katie tells everyone in the office that Brooke is about to break the internet. The video plays and Brooke’s voiceover calls the fashion line a “movement.”

As the video plays, Steffy looks constipated. Zende and Carter are grinning ear to ear! OMG, the video is playing on billboards in big cities. Everyone seems to love it, according to the smiles on the media’s faces.

Brooke and Ridge step aside to talk. Brooke is gushing about how well it went. Ridge wants to celebrate Brooke. Ridge tells Brooke that she inspires others. They kiss as a mystery woman wearing black watches from afar…
