He calls her his wife, but some people like to call her an obstacle. There’s a new report that suggest one of the reasons why Prince Harry can’t see Kate Middleton is because of Meghan Markle.

As much as the royals want to invite the Duke of Sussex to spend time with them at Balmoral Castle, the only reason why they are withholding their invite is because they don’t want Meghan Markle to join him. In fact, she’s not even invited and never will be.

And if they were to invite Harry, there’s no doubt that his wife would tag along, and she is the last person on the planet that the royals want to see right now.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “With Kate and Charles in a difficult place, the last thing the family needs is Harry at Balmoral. Everyone knows that it couldn’t be done without also inviting Meghan and that is a step too far.”

The insider also said, “Meghan has always been seen as the main driving force behind Harry’s public attacks on the family.”

“William and Charles know that inviting Harry without Meghan is just to give Harry another subject for the sequel to Spare that Harry is writing.”

And because Prince Harry can’t go to Balmoral, that makes it all the more difficult for him to see his cancer-stricken sister-in-law, Kate Middleton. 

That’s what hurts him the most as Harry and Kate were quite close before the Duchess of Sussex entered the picture.

But now that Kate Middleton is dealing with the biggest health crisis of her life, Harry feels horrible that he can’t be by her side.

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter but we will definitely update you with all of the latest details once they come in.
