General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, April 6, tease that some shockers and shakeups are brewing. We should mention that GH will air an encore episode on Friday, April 3. Just keep that in mind as you tune in! As for what’s happening in Monday’s brand-new show, there’ll certainly be plenty of action.

For starters, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will reflect on his marriage to Ava Jerome (Maura West). Will it end up costing Nik more than he anticipated? Nikolas will indeed worry about the consequences of this marriage and how it’ll affect his life.

Nevertheless, Ava and Nikolas will keep up their little charade. In the elevator, Ava will insist that they’re family and should act like it. While Nik does his best, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will fret about Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla). Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will offer the latest news on Trina’s dad and everything she’s going through right now.

Josslyn will hate that Marcus Taggert’s (Real Andrews) reputation is being tarnished when Trina’s already in so much pain. Although Cam may suggest giving Trina some space, Josslyn will have other ideas. She’ll think she should be there for Trina if she’s needed. Josslyn definitely won’t want to bail on her friend at a time like this.

Over at Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) place, Trina will show up looking for Jordan. After Trina barges in, Curtis will likely point out that Jordan isn’t there. It looks like Jordan will be off dealing with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) drama instead.

During a confrontation with Cyrus, Jordan will insist he’s got his precious freedom. When Jordan reminds him that she wants her son back, Cyrus will point out that he’s not out yet. He won’t be giving TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) up until he knows for sure he’ll walk free.

General Hospital Spoilers: Laura Spencer’s Latest Cyrus Plot Is A Flop

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has been scheming with Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) to keep Cyrus locked up – at least at Ferncliff. Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) suggest that plan wouldn’t work, but they’ll find an alternative on Monday. Sadly, that option isn’t going to fly either. Due to Cyrus’ connection, Laura’s plot to keep Cyrus off the streets will flop.

Of course, GH viewers know Jordan’s the one pulling strings, but it’s all to save TJ from a grim fate. Thankfully, General Hospital spoilers say TJ will indeed come home to his friends and family soon enough. Until then, let’s talk about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). An uneasy Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will wonder what Sonny’s going to do, so she may grill him about his strategy following Cyrus’ release.

Sonny wants to kill Cyrus, but he’ll have to be careful! Cyrus is a dangerous man with dangerous people working for him, so there’s a lot at stake. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) definitely sees the potential for peril, which is why he’s pushing for distance. Since Jason doesn’t want Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) landing back in Pentonville or in harm’s way, he’ll reiterate that they can’t do this anymore.

General Hospital spoilers say Jason and Sam will try to avoid each other in the weeks ahead, but that’s wishful thinking on their part. They should know by now they can’t stand being apart! GH fans can still expect some sneaky “JaSam” moments, so stay tuned.

Finally, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be warned – presumably about her newest employee at Crimson. Ava may think Nina should proceed with caution when it comes to Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier). If you give Nelle an inch, she’ll take a mile!
