Is Kamala Harris scared to debate without a teleprompter? That’s what her biggest opponent seems to suggest as Donald Trump has once again slammed the Democratic nominee for requesting to have a desk and notes at next week’s debate against ABC News.
Kamala Harris Scared To Debate Without A Teleprompter?
The former president made his statement after Kamala finally agreed to the terms of the ABC debate. If that weren’t enough, Trump also accused Kamala Harris of knowing the questions beforehand for her interview with CNN’s Dana Bash.
He said, “They want to change the rules [of the debate]. They agreed and then they asked for notes. And they wanted a desk. They wanted a desk from the beginning.”
Of course, the internet had a lot to say about the matter on social media.
Some even commented with, “She is going to be nervous sitting across from Trump without help. She couldn’t even handle a softball interview with Bash without Walz there. She is not presidential.”
“Sounds like she’s trying to rig the game. Trump calling it out is spot-on.”
What’s Next For Kamala Harris?
Another critic wrote, “She doesn’t have the ability to debate issues without a cheat sheet. No chance that woman has the capability to run a convenience store, much less a country.”
“Kamala Harris is Toast. Straight Toast. No butter. If you’re gonna run for president of the United States you need to stand up there like a man, scriptless, and speak what’s on your mind.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Check her ears for microphones… She can’t do this alone. Her cackles can’t save her and Obama can’t replace her like he did turnip brain.”
“She knows she is in over her head. Her latest actions point strongly to someone with imposter syndrome. She knows she not qualified for the role she’s in let alone the role she’s being thrust into be those around her but her ego won’t let her say no.”
So far Kamala Harris herself has made no comments about the matter just yet. For now, drop us a line with your thoughts in our comments section below.
