The Bold And The Beautiful Recap Friday, Sept 20: Taylor’s Fatal Diagnosis, Brooke’s Peace Pact, Deuce & April’s Run-In

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, September 20, 2024, is here! In today’s episode, Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) tells Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) that she is dying.

Taylor and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) finally decide to act like grown-ups. Plus, Captain Deuce Stevens (Tom Arnold) and April (Jamison Belushi) have a run-in at the hospital.

B&B recap for Friday, September 20 reveals that Brooke comes into the cliff house, startling Taylor. The psychiatrist claims she’s not back to make a play for Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Brooke wants to be friends.

Taylor reminds Brooke they tried once before. Brooke thinks they should try again. Taylor says it depends on how she advises Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and how it affects Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) family.

Brooke admits Hope’s kiss was out of line. Taylor thinks Hope has lovely qualities and won’t condemn her. However, Hope needs to comprehend that she can’t have John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).

Brooke has told Hope that and wants her to avoid making the same mistakes she did. They agree that their kids shouldn’t have the same competitive past.

Taylor says Hope seems obsessed and this can’t be brushed off. Brooke says she’s been trying. Taylor wonders if Hope will seek revenge. 

Brooke offers to make sure that Hope stays away from Finn. Then, they agree to try to be friends. Taylor says life is too short to hold onto resentment.

Over at Forrester Creations, Ridge and Steffy talk about Taylor’s return. Steffy wants Taylor to put down roots here. Steffy urges Ridge to convince Taylor to stay.

Ridge suggests Steffy talk to Taylor about that herself. Steffy asks Ridge to help convince Taylor to stick around in L.A.

The Bold And The Beautiful Recap – April & Captain Deuce Stevens’ Run-In

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, September 20 reveals that at the hospital, Deuce sees Finn. Deuce is looking for his test results and thinks he’s dying.

Finn says Deuce is in good shape, then exits after getting a text message. While Finn is gone, Deuce starts snooping. April the lab tech enters with his test results. Deuce wants answers. April tells Deuce that only Finn can give him the test results.

Finn returns and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) is with him. Deuce is confused by the two Dr. Finnegan’s. April leaves and Finn assures Deuce that he’s in great health. Deuce hugs Finn. After Deuce leaves, Li gets a text from Taylor and rushes off.

B&B Recap – Friday, September 20, 2024

On Friday’s episode, Li meets with Taylor at the cliffhouse. Li is surprised by Taylor’s text message. Taylor says in Europe, she was diagnosed with heart failure. Taylor claims she’s dying.
