British royal family news reveals that Hollywood is over, if it was ever all in on, the Markles. Prince Harry and Meghan have been savaged by The Hollywood Reporter twice and Bill Simmons once. No one is powerful enough to withstand those flames.

In case you missed it, some time back THR called Dumb and Dumber “the biggest losers” and this week they scorched the traitors as two-bit lipstick dictators. Simmons called them “f****** grifters.” Of course Meghan probably thinks that’s a compliment.

They most definitely weren’t at last Sunday’s Emmy Awards show mingling with A-listers like Kevin Costner and no-names like Eve Hewson (Bono’s daughter) who went on to party at the WME bash.

WME is the Hollywood talent agency whose boss, Ari Emanuel, signed Meghan in April of 2023. She still hasn’t gotten a nibble, despite repeatedly exposing her Nachos.

They were conspicuous in their absence and as the Daily Mail notes “Missing … was one of Emanuel’s most famous ­clients, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex … just three days after a ­brutal take-down in the usually placid industry bible The Hollywood Reporter, which labelled her as ‘Duchess Difficult’, neither she nor husband Prince Harry were showing their faces.” Make that, their four faces.

Posters were not kind to the trashed couple with one writing “Next year I see this duo as street performers playing themselves in the Bay area with passers-by yelling “nothing like ’em.”

Were the couple NFI or did they demurely decline to go? Meghan was called “just terrible” and a “dictator in high heels” in the incendiary article and her presence at the WME party would have sent the signal that she is not the most ostracized and loathed woman on the planet.

She is the one after all who brutally mocked Harry’s grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth, while Harry smirked beside her. THR maintains that one of their sources is a current Archewell employee.

Royal Family News – Dumb And Dumber In Montecito

The outlet notes that the article in The Hollywood Reporter, published on September 12 and titled ‘Why Hollywood Keeps Quitting on Harry and Meghan’ is the equivalent of being served an ice-cold platter of “schadenfreude with extra venom” by the showbiz industry.

How damning was the article? A senior Hollywood publicist says: “First of all, everyone industry-wide, EVERYONE reads The Hollywood Reporter. It’s really striking that WME did not stop this running.”

Harry and Meghan never met a lawsuit they didn’t like, so social media has concluded that the hit piece is pure truth.

As one commentator noted “I think meghan thought once she married harry, she would become an A list actress. She is a ‘celebrity’ because of her marriage and that did translate to big deals but she still has to work to earn the money. Work, then pay. I just don’t think there’s much talent in her….although she did play the part and managed to convince harry to marry her. But sadly not much else in her.”
