The Young and the Restless alum Debbi Morgan took to social media to promote a hot new soapy series she is starring in on Netflix.

The Young And The Restless – Debbi Morgan’s New Gig

Debbi Morgan is a soap opera legend, and most well known for her decades long role on All My Children as Dr. Angela Baxter Hubbard.  But, she has also appeared on half a dozen other soap operas, most recently she was on The Young And The Restless (Harmony Hamilton). 

Morgan has also appeared on Generations, Port Charles, General Hospital, and The Bold And The Beautiful.  

This week Debbi took to social media to tease her new role on Beauty in Black, which is set to be released in October.  Tyler Perry’s new series  has been highly anticipated, and the official Netflix premiere date is finally almost here.  

Per Debbi Morgan’s Instagram post, “Tyler Perry’s first Netflix series brings the heat with high stakes, corruption and family drama.  The first eight episodes of Beauty in Black premiere on Netflix October 24.”

Y&R Spoilers – Tyler Perry’s Beauty In Black On Netflix

The series’ summary on IMDB teases, “Tyler Perry’s Beauty in Black follows two women leading very different lives.

While Kimmie is struggling to make a living after her mother kicked her out, and Mallory is running a successful business, they find themselves entangled in each other’s lives.” 

Debbi Morgan’s character is listed as Olivia.  We don’t know a whole lot about her yet, but we do know that she will appear as a series regular and be a key player on the soapy new show.
