All of a sudden there have been multiple reports that suggest the Duchess of Sussex is so difficult to work with behind the scenes that many of her staff members have been leaving in droves.

Not only that, but it’s also been hard for both Meghan and Prince Harry to find replacements as no one wants to work with their Archewell Foundation anymore.

To make matters worse, there have been several reports of ex-staffers calling out Meghan for the way that she behaves behind closed doors. Some have said that she’s reduced them to tears and that she’s allegedly acted like a ‘psycho’ towards the people who have worked for her.

For Meghan Markle, this is a public relations disaster. Her reputation is very important to her and the last thing she wants is for people to think that she’s a bully when she’s been telling people all along how much of a bully the royal family have been towards her.

Royal Family News – What’s Next For The Duchess Of Sussex?

That’s why Meghan has been counter attack with glowing reports of her being a wonderful, kind and caring person. Now, whether or not anyone is actually going to believe that, remains to be seen.

But at the same time, she truly believes that someone out there is trying to destroy her. But the problem is, she doesn’t know if it’s someone who has worked with her in the past, like a disgruntled employee, or if it might be someone from the royal family.

Either way, the Duchess of Sussex is determined to find out as she wants to put a stop to this all sooner rather than later.
