Days of Our Lives Spoilers Tuesday, April 7: Eric Holds Off On Confessing Mickey Truth – Stefano’s Dying Wish – Kayla Takes a Risk

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, April 7, tease that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will wrestle with a difficult choice. Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) just dropped the baby swap bomb, so Eric’s in a real bind. Spreading this news will break a lot of hearts, including Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey).

The last thing Eric wants to do is give up the little girl he believed was his daughter, but he knows he has to do what’s right. However, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) just showed up at the door. Since Eric’s barely had time to process this shocker and still hasn’t told Sarah, Eric will hold off on confessing to Kristen and Brady.

There’s bound to be some awkwardness as Eric, Nicole, Kristen and Brady all chat together, so “Bristen” may sense that something’s up. Nevertheless, Eric will manage to keep the bombshell under wraps for a little longer. He’ll plan to reveal the truth to Sarah first, which is exactly what’ll happen later this week.

Until then, let’s talk about Stefano DiMera aka Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols). Since Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) is refusing to perform Stefano’s surgery, Stefano feels confident he’ll remain in Steve’s body forever. Of course, Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) can’t stand by and let Steve stay gone for good!

It’s risky, but Kayla will realize she has to step up and perform this dangerous procedure herself. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Kayla will know it’s what Steve would want. If Steve had to live the rest of his life as Stefano, he’d rather just not live at all. Kayla will determine that she has to take a gamble and hope it all works out in the end.

Once Stefano sees that he’s indeed going under the knife, he’ll accept his fate and make a dying wish. Days spoilers say Stefano will request one final meeting with his children so he can say goodbye. Kristen, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) will all be asked to attend for Stefano’s emotional speech.

As for Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley), DOOL spoilers say they’ll worry about their husbands. Despite Chad and Tony’s issues with Stefano, he’s still their father – and they could still lose him forever thanks to this surgery. Anna and Abigail may fret over how Chad and Tony will deal with this complicated farewell.
