GH Early Week Spoilers Oct 7-11: Lulu’s Transplant, Brad’s Complication, Carly Suspicious, Portia’s Problem

General Hospital spoilers for the week of October 7, 2024, are here! Next week, fans can expect Lulu Spencer (Alexis Havins) to have her liver transplant. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) faces a problem with her plan.

This will likely involve Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), who just wants a fresh start. Over with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), she gets worried the alibi scheme is going to blow up in her face. Keep reading to find out what is coming up next week in the ABC soap opera.

General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Spencer’s Fear

GH spoilers for the week of October 7 reveal that Carly will get suspicious. Carly has been worried about her alibi for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) being dismantled.

Carly is already getting warnings from Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy). Once Carly realizes that Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) are digging!

However, despite Carly’s fears, Sonny thinks their plan won’t face any snags. 

GH Spoilers: Alexis Davis’ Fate

During the week of October 7, Molly will still be determined to protect Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Molly has urged Alexis to stop protecting Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi). Molly thinks that if Alexis won’t save herself, she’ll have to do it for her mom! 

Portia Robinson’s Problem

General Hospital spoilers for the week of October 7 reveal that Portia will face a new problem. Ava Jerome (Maura West) offered Portia some words of wisdom.

While Portia mulls it over, it seems Ava also said a bit too much to Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst)! From a preview clip, it seems Ava knows that Portia tampered with Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) test results. However, Brad will likely be framed for it.

Speaking of Brad and Portia, they could have another confrontation. It seems likely Portia is going to frame or at least, suggest Brad tampered with those tests.

During the week of October 7, fans can also expect Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) to fume after a fight. 

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) try to figure out how to help Violet Finn (Jophielle Love). 

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will have to deal with that secret kiss in Africa. 

Also, Lulu should have her transplant next week. Will Lulu end up awakening from her coma after the transplant? What does that mean for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco)?
