Days of Our Lives Spoilers Thursday, April 9: Nicole & Eric Corner Sarah for Baby Bomb – Xander Fears Secret’s Out, Bonds with Victor

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, April 9, tease that Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) will face a difficult task. Now that Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) microchip has been removed, all that’s left to do is watch and wait. It’ll be tough for Kayla, who’ll be hoping for the best and preparing for the worst.

Since Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) rigged the chip to self-destruct, Kayla was forced to make a critical decision during the surgery. She had to cut into a portion of Steve’s brain, which could leave him with no memory of who he was before. Of course, that’s certainly not the outcome Kayla’s hoping for. As Kayla sits by Steve’s bedside, she’ll hope he can remember their kids and their love story.

However, that love story has gotten complicated due to Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) entering the mix. Kayla thought Steve had turned into a jerk who didn’t want her anymore. The truth is Stefano DiMera stole Steve’s life from him. Steve was on his way back to Kayla when he was kidnapped and forced to undergo this transformation.

That makes all of this tricky for Kayla, who loves Justin but will always love Steve, too. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Justin will share his fears with Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) on Thursday. Justin will worry that Steve will indeed remember his past and reconnect with Kayla. Although Justin wants Kayla to be happy, he can’t help but wish she could be happy with him and not Steve.

Days spoilers say Jennifer will give Justin some solid guidance, so he should appreciate that. Steve will awaken before the week’s over, but DOOL fans can indeed expect some memory snags. As Xander prepares to tie the knot, he’ll have a terrible dream that adds to his worries.

Once Xander wakes up, he’ll join Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and fret about the baby secret already being out. Xander will suggest that Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) may know the truth, but Victor might counter that they would’ve said something immediately. Regardless, Victor will manage to settle Xander down and share a nice little bonding moment with him.
