She can have a relationship with anyone in the world, but just not him. There’s a new report that suggests Princess Eugenie is finding herself in big trouble just because of her association with her cousin, Prince Harry. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

As many royal fans are aware of by now, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have decided to buy a home next to Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank in Portugal. 

This essentially makes them neighbors as there’s a good chance Harry will be spending more time in Europe now.

However, there are some people behind closed palace doors that think this new move is a little too close for comfort. 

That’s because there are some royal family members out there that don’t feel comfortable with Princess Eugenie being so close to Harry, seeing how he’s been estranged from the royal family for years.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “Eugenie is in a difficult spot because she’s always been close to Harry, but she is extremely mindful that this relationship could rock the boat with the rest of her family.”

“It’s a rather precarious position for her to be in and one that requires a delicate balancing act.”

What’s Next For Princess Eugenie?

The insider also added, “The Yorks are keen to keep on the good side of senior royals following recent events, so she [Eugenie] most certainly doesn’t want anything to hamper the family’s recent good efforts.”

Now, whether or not Princess Eugenie’s close relationship with Prince Harry will truly get her in trouble remains to be seen but if that were truly the case it would have happened already, right? 

So far Princess Eugenie herself has not made any comments about the matter just yet. That said, it doesn’t seem like anything will stop her from being close with her cousin, either.
