According to TV Line, A Reason For the Season tells the story of Evie (Cole). In order to earn her trust fund, she is tasked with granting Christmas wishes to the people who saved her life on the night of her birth. However, she cannot let them know what she is doing.

Moreover, she has to accomplish this by Christmas Eve. This means that she has to find the people and grant their wishes, which isn’t an easy task.

Evie enlists the help of Kyle, (McGarry), a handsome local attorney, as he knows the people and the area. She needs someone she can trust to do this, as she must stay anonymous. Kyle is good with people and is trustworthy, and he can figure out what their wishes are.

However, what surprises Evie is that each of the people has something to say about that night. Moreover, the stories shed a guiding light on her life. Due to this, her task turns out to be life-changing.

Meanwhile, as Christmas draws near, Evie and her attorney cannot resist falling for each other’s charms, as they ramp up their gift-giving efforts. However, as time goes by, will Evie be able to complete her mission and grant all the wishes by Christmas Eve?
