Sister Wives star Robyn Brown, the last remaining wife of Kody Brown should be smiling as they sold their Flagstaff mansion for more than the listed price. TLC fans learned about it just days after they purchased a new home for $2 million.
TLC Star Kody Brown Bought Another Home
The original sales price of the home didn’t hit the mark, so the TLC stars dropped the asking price. But then they sold it for slightly more than what they originally wanted. Needless to say, fans are angry becasue they doubt that Janelle Brown will see any of her money back.
Kody Brown and Robyn purchased a $2 million home recently, and many fans feel spitting mad. After all, he seemed to rely on Meri and Janelle for his lifestyle, but he doesn’t seem likely to give them anything: including the money that they loaned him for Robyn Brown’s mansion.
The Mansion Sells For A Profit
Sister Wives fans heard from outlets on social media, that the home with the famous porch that made Robyn Brown cry has sold. Not only did it sell, but it went for more than the asking price of $1.65 million. Soon, the news arrived on Reddit.
TLC star Kody Brown managed to get $1.775 million for the mansion. On Reddit, u/Thefarmersmaiden shared a screenshot and wrote:
Sold over list price!
I have no words
Well, the OP might have had no words, but other Sister Wives fans had no problem finding words to express themselves.
Sister Wives Fans React To The News
In the discussion that followed, Sister Wives fans were far from happy on behalf of Robyn and Kody Brown. Notably, some of them felt confused because there was talk going around that he couldn’t dispose of assets because of Christine Brown’s custody lawsuit. That aside, here are some of their reactions:
- So does Janelle get her money back then? ♀️
- Janelle would.most likely have had to write a gift note to the underwriter/bank/ institution that gave Kody and Robyn the loan for the house saying that the equity from her Vegas home was a gift and not a loan. She probably doesn’t have much of a legal leg to stand on…
- Can you blame the buyer? I mean, just look at that porch!
- Janelle and Christine should ask for their share of the profit as well.
- Grody needs that money Janelle is going to be coming after him hard-core. I bet he’s losing his mind.
- Oh, the tears that were shed on that empty rocking chair porch! Poor, poor Sobyn
