Now, at some point, Sarah and Mickey are going to be found. Salem’s good doctor will be forced to hand the child over to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). But nobody wants to see Sarah suffer through this, so how can writers ease her pain?

It is understandable that Sarah is going through such agony right now. Nothing and nobody can ever replace Mickey, but perhaps another baby would give Sarah a reason to go on. It would give her a reason to find joy again.
