Carter has tax documents that must be filed. Ridge has been getting onto Carter about getting these documents filed. Carter explained to Hope that the documents dictate who is in charge of what at Forrester Creations.

Carter already put his name on the document as being in charge of the whole company. I’m not sure if this is a crime, but it seems like it would be!
