General Hospital spoilers suggest that Evan Hofer (Dex Heller) may be making his exit from the ABC soap. Spoilers have shown Dex at the hospital with who seems to be Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) by his side. What has happened to Dex and will he survive?

General Hospital Spoilers – Dex Heller Became A Cop To Protect Himself

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Dex became a cop to protect himself from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Obviously, Sonny hasn’t bothered him until this point so Sonny is likely not the reason Dex ends up at the hospital. It does seem like things are getting very tense in Port Charles with the mob right now and that isn’t good.

Dex could certainly stumble upon something that might get him shot or even killed. Unfortunately, there seems to be someone at the hospital who has no problem taking someone out either.

Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) autopsy will prove that. Who is this killer and why are they doing this? Who is knocking people off to get someone out of their way?

GH Spoilers: Changes Have Been Happening

The show seems to be switching characters around a lot lately. Currently, several Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) is back, Alexa Havins has joined as Lulu Spencer, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) has arrived and left, and Sam was recently killed off. The actors were recently asked to take a pay cut and some actors were still removed.

Hofer could have have been one of the actors who exited because of these changes. Dex backed himself into a corner somewhat when he turned on Sonny.

However, Dex also could have been targeted because of his job as a cop, especially with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) in town. If Dex learns something he shouldn’t, Sidwell would not hesitate to get rid of him.

General Hospital Spoilers – Who Is Dex Heller?

Hofer joined the cast in 2022 as Dex Heller. Heller was supposed to be ex-military and he originally joined Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to try to put his father away.

Michael decided his sisters would be better off without Sonny in their lives. However, Michael eventually changed his mine and change the scope of Dex’s job as well.

Dex then decided to protect himself by giving Anna evidence and then joining the force. It is certainly no secret that Dex knows a lot about Sonny’s business. Dex has also been dating Sonny’s ex-stepdaughter as well.

Could someone try to use Dex to get to Sonny and Dex pay the ultimate price for not giving them the information they want? Well Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) get caught in the crossfire?
