The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that fans need to brace themselves for an explosive end to 2024. The show’s Executive Producer, Josh Griffith, recently caught up with Soap Opera Digest (SOD) ahead of the holiday season and talked about what viewers can expect as the year winds down to a close.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Vs. Jack Abbott
Y&R spoilers reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has been relentless in his pursuit of revenge against Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). He nearly destroyed the man’s family life and business.
However, Griffith tells SOD that fans should never count Jack out, noting that The Moustache may think he’s gotten the last laugh against Abbott, but Jack has a few plans up his sleeve.
During the SOD interview, Griffith also notes that the romance between Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will heat up, which will add fuel to the fire when it comes to Jack and Victor’s rivalry.
The show’s executive producer compared the Kyaire romance to ‘Romeo and Juliet’ because of their families’ never-ending feud.
Y&R Spoilers – More Love Stories On The Horizon
In addition, Griffith tells SOD that fans need to gear up for a love triangle between Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
While Silly has solidified their romance recently when they hopped in bed together, it looks like Phyllis will enter the mix, soon.
Billy will pay a visit to Phyllis while she’s in the hospital during the Tuesday, November 26 show, presenting a revenge plan against Victor. Will scheming bring these exes closer?
Lastly, Josh notes that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will finally find ‘true love’. While he didn’t offer up any names, some Y&R viewers have a hunch it could be Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) new half-brother who is also set to debut before 2024 ends.
Griffith closed his SOD chat by saying that from now until 2024 ends, Y&R fans, “… can look forward to a roller coaster of suspense, romance, family, explosions and twists and turns like they haven’t seen.”
