While many GH fans believe that Peter August is wicked and cannot be trusted, others feel that he’s trying to be good. For over a year, GH fans saw Peter trying his best to distance himself from the sins of his past. Everyone knew that Peter wanted to move on and forget about the fact that he was ever related to the dastardly Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).

Yet, in order to achieve his goals, Peter had to work with a lot of moving pieces. His past was catching up to him and well … instead of doing the right thing; Peter sank back into his conniving ways. How was he able to accomplish all of this on his own? The truth is, it’s likely Peter had significant help.

GH Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Gets Transferred To Pentonville

Now, Cyrus Renault is an impressive man all by himself. However, has no GH fan asked the question as to how an inmate in a prison in America’s North West got himself transferred all the way to Port Charles? How did that even happen? Well, some fans believe it’s possible that with Peter’s resources he could have pulled it off for Cyrus. Of course, this would beg the question as to why … but the answer to that might be easy.

One simply needs to ask another question. Who might see Cyrus as a resource? Who might benefit by Cyrus relocating to Port Charles … particularly if Cyrus was able to win his freedom? Is it possible that Peter will need to have a scapegoat? Might Peter be planning ten steps ahead when everyone else is making small chess moves?

General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Goes After Robert Scorpio

GH fans might be a little incredulous at this point. Peter has a connection to Cyrus Renault? What in the world? Yet it’s not so farfetched. Remember that Peter has arranged the board and moved all of Port Charles’s law enforcement players, including his own mother and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), like the pawns he believes they are. Peter has framed Dr. Liesl

Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) in expert fashion with no one able to bring proof against him. How hard is it to believe that Peter is moving Cyrus into position as a bit of criminal muscle? Everyone recently heard Peter speaking to a mysterious someone on the phone about the problem Scorpio might cause … mightn’t Cyrus be the diversion Peter has planned for the former spy?

The bottom line is that this is all speculation, of course. However, many Gh fans agree that if there are individuals who could be a danger to Robert Scorpio, it would be a pair of criminal geniuses like Peter August and Cyrus Renault.
