The film features Chabert and Kristoffer Polaha as a divorced couple navigating their unresolved issues.

Chabert shared exclusive insights about what Hallmark fans can look forward to in this film, which she calls an “adventure treasure hunt”—a delightful twist on the classic Christmas movie theme!

Lacey shared, “We portray a formerly united couple embarking on an exhilarating treasure hunt, where they may unravel facets of their past relationship”, she playfully remarked. Yet, the excitement does not end there, as the setting for this thrilling quest is nothing short of extraordinary-“Iceland plays a pivotal role in this film,” she revealed.

“Our journey leads us through mesmerizing lava caves and breathtaking ice glaciers-I encountered and experienced wonders in this movie that I had never encountered in my lifetime.” Such an experience certainly elevates the notion of a workday, and Chabert deemed it a “remarkable adventure.”

Some days, concentrating on the work was a challenge due to the stunning surroundings, especially with Chabert and Polaha still filming their scenes.

Hallmark Spoilers – Lacey And Kristoffer Faced Some Challenges Although The Scenery Was Beautiful

“Honestly, I found myself thinking, ‘Wow, check this out, look over there!’ I was constantly snapping photos and recording videos,” she reminisced. “It’s just so gorgeous.” It was literally an uphill climb-she had a few slips along the way, but her fantastic partner, Kris, was right there to lend a hand. We were also fortunate to have a guide named David, who ensured our safety throughout the climb; it was an unforgettable adventure, filled with plenty of laughter.

In this unique filming scenario, the usual reliance on stunt doubles for risky stunts was set aside, as Lacey and the team took on the challenge themselves, albeit with some assistance.
