General Hospital Spoilers: Who Will Willow Find Out About Drew And Nina From?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease many fans of are eagerly anticipating the next developments in the complex love pentagon involving a mother,  a daughter, an uncle, a nephew, and an ex!  

In other words, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), Michael (Chad Duell), and Sasha Corbin  (Sofia Mattsson).

It’s widely known that Willow and Drew had an affair while Michael was unaware, but what remains a secret to most is that Michael also had a fling with Sasha.

A select few are aware that Nina and Drew were involved before he began an affair with her daughter. Willow, in particular, is oblivious to both of these revelations and is bound to feel devastated when the truth comes to light.

However, let’s concentrate on the fact that Drew and Nina were intimate. For months, Willow has been harboring feelings for Drew, despite him being her husband’s uncle, insisting that he is an incredible person.

Willow’s gratitude towards him for rescuing her life blossomed into a crush, which eventually morphed into a deep affection that led her to tear her family apart.

Unbeknownst to her, the newly elected politician had been involved with her mother for several months. Had she been aware of this secret, her feelings might have taken a different turn, and she might have refrained from getting involved with him.

It’s important to note that Willow could have uncovered this truth if Nina had been honest with her. Nina knew about Willow’s growing feelings for Drew but chose to keep her own interest in him a secret, never revealing that she had acted on it.

Drew could have mentioned something to Willow about his relationship with her mother, but considering his recent self-centered behavior, that was unlikely.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is up first, and as anticipated, she is seething with anger towards Willow and Drew for the pain they’ve caused her son.

Her desire for revenge on Michael’s behalf is palpable; however, in the December 18 episode of General Hospital, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) managed to calm her down. While she ultimately agreed to let Michael handle things in his own way, she made it clear that if a chance to get back at Drew arose, she wouldn’t hold back.

It’s easy to envision Carly reaching out to Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) or Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to gather some dirt on Drew.

Perhaps during their investigation, one of them might overhear a conversation between Nina and Drew about their intimate relationship and share the juicy details with Carly through a recording.

General Hospital Spoilers – Suspect Number Two-Tracy Quartermaine

Given Carly’s current disdain for Nina, Drew, and Willow, she might not think twice about revealing to Willow that the people she trusts the most are involved in a secret affair.

If Carly isn’t the one behind it all then it might fall to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) to break the news to Willow. Currently unaware of the scandalous secret, Tracy has pledged to support Michael amid the turmoil.

She could potentially enlist someone to investigate Drew, Willow, and Nina, uncovering the truth about Drew and Nina’s actions.

Given that Drew has made an enemy of Tracy, it’s easy to imagine her rushing to Willow with this information, ensuring that Drew finds himself isolated in Port Charles.

GH Spoilers – Suspects Number Three And Four-Drew Cain And Nina Reeves Themselves

There’s a chance that Willow might accidentally discover the truth about Nina and Drew through their own conversation.

Imagine her overhearing her mother and her “lover” discussing their past actions, leading to a heartbreaking realization that she’s been deceived. This could leave Willow feeling regretful for having trusted Nina and for betraying Michael in favor of his uncle.

It’s possible that an apologetic Willow might eventually reach out to Michael, hoping to find a way to mend her family. However, Michael’s involvement with Sasha could complicate matters, especially if it comes to light that Sasha is expecting his child.
